In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the ideal future experience and conceptualizing innovative solutions that spark excitement and engagement. Your work will help bring an imagined future to life in a way that inspires collaboration, invites feedback, and fosters alignment across teams.
As an Envisioner, you’ll work alongside experienced designers, business strategists, engineers, and data scientists to uncover deep insights, identify new opportunities, create compelling value propositions, and design solutions that are both consumer-centric and aligned with business and technological goals.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience applying design thinking methodologies in creative problem-solving
- A degree in Design, Art, Communications, or a related creative field
- Exceptional visualization skills, including proficiency in drawing and the Adobe Suite
- Strong presentation, communication, writing, and organizational abilities
- Experience working in collaborative group settings, with the ability to balance taking direction and working independently
- Exposure to consumer/user research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization techniques
- A quick-thinking creative who can bring ideas to life at varying levels of fidelity, adapting your approach based on project needs and timelines
- 2-3 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Partner with a diverse, multidisciplinary team through every stage of the project lifecycle, from aligning with clients and understanding context to uncovering insights, defining opportunities, and creating tangible, actionable design concepts that drive clients’ go-to-market strategies
- Approach every challenge with curiosity and an open mind. Whether engaging with consumers or clients, you’re driven by a passion to truly understand what matters to people and can set aside your own preferences to design solutions that speak directly to the target audience
- Ideate and innovate. When confronted with a challenge, you see a world of possibilities. You excel in brainstorming and guiding others to generate creative ideas. You are comfortable capturing real-time conversations through live scribing, turning discussions into visual concepts that fuel further creativity
- Bring ideas to life. Communicate the team’s vision clearly by distilling complex concepts into their simplest form, selecting the right medium—whether through sketches, storyboards, prototypes, or videos—to communicate ideas with clarity and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to help others visualize the future by presenting holistic solutions that enable consumers to experience groundbreaking business strategies and opportunities
- Lay the groundwork for design. Define criteria and guidelines that ensure the longevity and integrity of the final experience. Transform abstract strategies into tangible, actionable design tools that guide development while maintaining a consistent vision
