Express of Interest: National Telephony Support Officer (3 month secondment)
We are excited to announce a secondment opportunity for the role of National Telephony Support Officer to join the National Phone System project team for an initial 3 month period!
Reporting to the Administration Integration Coordinator this role is crucial as we continue to roll out the IDX National Phone System.
This position is ideal for an IDX employee with Booking Centre experience (preferably as a Supervisor or Manager) who wants to broaden their knowledge and experience across the wider business:
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- ACO Support: Manage, triage, and action support emails and calls, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external vendors to manager delivery of phone hardware to sites across the IDX network.
- IDX Self Service Portal: Handle issues and requests from the self-service portal.
- Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for supervisors, booking agents, and receptionists.
- GoLIVE Support: Provide support during rollout, liaising with IT and Network engineers.
- Document Creation: Create and update reference and training documents.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting templates and work with the project team to optimize Cytrak dashboards
- Phone Directories and calendar maintenance: Maintain business directories and manage public holiday calendars in the phone system.
- BRD and Call Flows: Maintain call flow and system architecture documentation.
