SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven track record in achieving sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
• Visual Merchandising experience is advantageous
• Ability to deliver a genuine and unique customer experience
• Experience in team development and coaching
