You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:

• Analysing business processes
• Translates business requirements into technical specification
• Facilitates change management
• Manage projects
• Build and support

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must be Epic certified
• Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled ina MBA program.
• Adaptability and flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs;
• Critical thinking and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea or concept from asmany angles as possible;
• Dependability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in anaccurate, efficient, and timely manner;
• Initiative to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed, to seek out additional assignments ortasks, and to help others;
• Interpersonal skills, particularly within the user group with which they will work to facilitate decisions and findsolutions even amidst disagreeing stakeholders;
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts;
• Willingness to learn new software and systems;
• Listening attentively to ensure that the intended message has been accurately, received, holding responsesuntil the person has finished making his point, and repeating information to ensure accuracy;
• Seeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem’scause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence;
• Relationship building to gain trust and establish effective relationships with vendor and stakeholders;
