Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

• Handle troubleshooting and development tasks for project and production support activities
• Help cross train teammates as necessary
• Ability to independently manage their own time
• Support client needs by delivering integrating planning with multiple source systems.
• Contribute as a developer towards both large and small scale implementations.
• Work with development team and architect to develop artifacts
• Be able to understand and ask for clarifications on the differences between requirements and technical design

Experience in two or more of the following:

• Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)

• Narrative ReportingExtensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, SmartView preferred

• Accounting and Finance Industry background

This role will be 50% functional and 50% technical

• Providing project implementation services
• Supporting estimates and implementing changes
• Providing implementation advice and guidance to end client users.
• Identify risks to the customer and/or Escalate to Project Manager or EPM Practice Leader
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge and skills
• Assist in support transitions
• Evaluate and promote new technologies
• Feed into project services improvement

Essential experience:

• Hands on Experience in implementing latest versions Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion suite of products specifically PBCS.
• Experience in implementation of other on-prem modules of Hyperion and EPM cloud modules will be added advantage.
• Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting, Consolidation and Reconciliation with experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
• Ability to look at functional designs and requirement documents in EPM domain and converting them to detailed technical design (TDD)
• Technical foundation for extensions, integrations & instance management
• Patch management, regression testing & release management for modules in scope.
• Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.)
• Building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports
• End to end PBCS Implementation.
• Experience in other EPM cloud module Implementation such as FCCS etc.
• Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops / CRP’s / Requirement Gathering sessions
• Experience in documenting Technical Design, Test strategy / scenarios / cases, Application user guide etc.
• Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor. Understanding of other modules that integrate to Hyperion

o Target systems such as ERP (as above), BI/Reporting tools (OBIEE, Power BI, OACS, QlikView etc.)

Optional experience:

• Highly desirable to have experience in existing Oracle Cloud modules (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS etc.)
• Experience in Hyperion System 9
• Experience in OBIEE/OBIA
• Experience in MDM
• Experience in/Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications
• Oracle Functional awareness around Core Financials, HR, Supply Chain, Projects, CRM/Field Service
• Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence tools
