We are expanding our services to include epoxy flooring solutions and are seeking a motivated and experienced Epoxy Project Manager to lead this exciting new division. JOB SUMMARY
As the Epoxy Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our epoxy flooring projects, from planning and execution to completion. You will play a key role in establishing and growing this new service line, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in epoxy flooring or a similar field, with a strong understanding of application techniques and materials.
- Project management experience, ideally in the flooring or construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination.

- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of epoxy flooring projects.
- Team Building: Help recruit, train, and manage a team of epoxy flooring applicators and technicians.

- Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Develop project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to establish the epoxy flooring division, develop workflows, and create opportunities for market expansion.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and best practices.
