The Equipment Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Hall Constructors Equipment Division by managing and coordinating administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing employee timecards, creating and auditing work orders, data entry, generating reports, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining documentation. This role works closely with the HALL maintenance team, equipment coordinators, and management to ensure smooth administrative operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar administrative role (preferred)
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the heavy equipment or automotive industry is an asset
  • MUST be qualified to work in Canada - we will not be considering international applications.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior spelling and grammar
