Description:

EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (LABORATORY) - KERRY

A role is now available for an Equipment Engineer ideally with previous experience of working with laboratory equipment based in the Kerry area.
Previous experience working with SAP software in a validation engineering environment is a significant advantage.

Duties:

  • Laboratory Equipment Sourcing
  • Technical support for Laboratory Equipment
  • External Vendor Management
  • Equipment Validation as per Site SOP’s
  • Temperature Mapping of TCU’s
  • Audit Support
  • Management of Maintenance, Calibration and Validation of Laboratory Equipment
  • Review and Approval of Vendor Qualification Documents, Reports and Calibration certificates
  • Manage planned and unplanned QC PM activity.
  • Perform all QC routine and non-routine validation / qualifications.
  • Train and supervise all contract QC maintenance activities.Provide support for QC projects where required.

  • Qualifications:
    Engineering qualification Level 7 + will be considered.
