Equipment Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of at least Senior High School or any Technical Vocational Diploma / Technical Courses or any Computer related Course.
• With or without experience in manufacturing industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
• Perform process according to guidelines and specifications.
• Perform 55 Activities.
• Participate in daily meeting regarding the status or updates of group activity or process.
• Notify/inform immediate superior about the encountered defect/abnormality.
• Prepare and check materials, tools, machinery or equipment to be used.
• Conduct machine preventive maintenance. 8. Perform operation of CNC machine.
• Conduct inventory check of raw material and part needed.
• Perform daily inspection of machine before the operation.
• Perform daily inspection of product.
• Convert drawing into 3D data and CAM operation.
• Ability to interface with other group and department.
• Know the correct PPE and safety rules required by each process
• Perform daily checking of measuring tools, equipment and other tools..
• Support the preparation of event, mass production and improvement items base on the requirement on the production.
• Perform assembly of jig and packaging of product for the proper endorsement.
• Comply with FALP’s Environmental Management System Best Practices to prevent Environmental accidents and to reduce Environmental impacts.
• Participate in all Environmental I Occupational Health & Safety activities and have the right to refuse in case of unsafe conditions.
• Responsible for proper use of internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyber threats to immediate Superior and/or IT Department.
• Responsible for proper use and care of machines and reporting any abnormality encountered on machine/ equipment during the process.
• Prepare and check materials, tools, machinery or equipment to be used.
• Machine Data Making, Assembly and Troubleshooting.
• Support Production event. Machine Improvement. Support Machine relay out.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: Php520.00 per day
