  • We only work 3-4 days a week! Our facilities operate four different 12-hour shifts. Currently we are looking to fill positions on all shifts.

Current openings:

  • 3rd shift: Fri – Sun (+ every other Thurs during peak season), 5am – 5pm (+$1/hr. shift diff.)

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Perform electrical, mechanical, chemical, and consumables diagnostics and repair on digital presses and bindery/finishing equipment
  • Partner with production and management teams to ensure equipment “up-time” levels are achieved
  • Complete Preventative Maintenance audits and task prioritization
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans and blueprints
  • Inventory control, purchasing, and parts tracking
  • Act as a mentor to other operators and technicians on the team
  • Maintain confidentiality and strict compliance with the company’s security policy related to potential access to sensitive information

The Skills You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 4 years performing maintenance on high-speed Bindery/Finishing, Digital Print, and high voltage (480V) equipment or equivalent experience
  • Experience planning, performing, and documenting routine technical maintenance, unassisted
  • Thorough understanding of process control and troubleshooting of recurring or intermittent issues
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a changing environment and develop effective solutions
  • Technical certifications on the following equipment is preferred:
  • Bindery and Finishing equipment including Muller Martini
  • Digital Print/Press equipment including HP Indigo
  • Ability to work on all shifts as needed, stand for 12 hours+, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, kneel, reach, bend and do repetitive actions
