Description:
As an Equity and Derivative Risk Engine Support Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our critical risk management systems. You’ll provide technical and functional support to our trading and risk analysis teams, enabling them to effectively manage their day-to-day risk exposure.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong proficiency in UNIX, SQL, KIBANA, Elasticsearch, AUTOSYS, and APIs.
- Experience working with relational databases and understanding of equity and derivative products.
- Familiarity with core business processes such as Profit and Loss, Value at Risk, and Risk Analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a support analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- ITIL certification or knowledge.
- FRM certification.
- Programming experience (Python, Shell).

Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Oversee the stability of our risk engine systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional problems within our financial applications and infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams in Paris to address system enhancements and bug fixes.
- Reporting: Provide timely updates on production status, project progress, and risk mitigation strategies to both clients and IT management.
