Pareto Securities is an independent full-service investment bank with unparalleled placing power for primary and secondary transactions. We are seeking a new broker to join our expanding sales force in Frankfurt.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are self-driven and a self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales goals. The position requires great work capacity, analytical skills, and a genuine interest in financial markets. Furthermore, one would also need a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, finance, or other business-related fields with strong academic results. Fluency in German and English is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Sale of equities and high-yield corporate bonds through both primary and secondary transactions
  • Systematically work on acquiring new clients and develop your customer portfolio within Germany and continental Europe, e.g., institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, private banks, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Work together with research on supporting and adding value to our client’s decision-making
  • Be proactive and generate value-added ideas for customers and colleagues
