Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Systems Support role is within the HR Systems Team – you will be responsible for administrating the Charity’s main eRostering system, Allocate Health Roster. The system is used by managers throughout the Charity to design and deliver work rosters and manage absence (including sickness and annual leave).
The role provides high quality, first-line operational support and advice, promoting best practice across clinical and non-clinical areas to both managers and staff. The role involves:
- Identifying and solving problems with rostered activity to ensure all activity is captured and staff members are paid correctly.
- Managing changes to staff working patterns and roster (including moves between different operational areas).
- Taking queries from staff members and managers about their rostered activity
- Educating and training all levels across the charity in system use and correct rostering practice.
- Supporting improved roster practice, through a business partnering approach to ensure correct administrative procedures are followed.
As part of an enabling function, your contribution is essential in ensuring our clinical teams can focus on caring for our patients and service-users – essentially helping others to help those most in need.
