Position Overview:
The City of Kitchener is undertaking an exciting, multi-phased transformational project to implement SAP SuccessFactors as our human capital management solution. As an integral member of the project team, the ERP Business Solutions Analyst (SuccessFactors) will provide business analysis support in this exciting opportunity for change, innovation, and modernization. This position will collaborate closely with internal business partners, project team members, IT and external vendors to apply best practices in implementing efficient and sustainable business practices, that enable us to successfully implement SuccessFactors into our ERP landscape.
