Description:

Bouygues Energies & Services are seeking to appoint an ERP Finance Project Manager to support the finance ERP transition towards SAP S/4 HANA. The transition will involve a number of Bouygues companies including the Equans group.

The ERP Finance Project Manager will lead the SAP S/4 HANA implementation and get involved in a range of upcoming IS projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end project lifecycle, ensuring that the ERP system meets the financial needs of the organisation, enhances operational efficiency and aligns with our business objectives.
\r
This role will be based in Manchester, and the successful candidate will be on site for at least 3 days per week. There may also be occasional travel to locations within Bouygues and Equans group as required in UK and Europe. This duration of this role will be a 2 year fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end to end SAP ERP implementation and IS enhancements for the division.\r
  • Work in cooperation with the wider cross-functional project teams to develop project plans, timelines and budgets, monitor project process and ensure project milestones are achieved.\r
  • Lead and develop project activities, including design, system configuration requirements, testing and troubleshooting data.\r
  • Manage workshops ensuring actions plans are completed.\r
  • Be the expert on ERP/IS tools and support project teams members and end users.\r
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks and any issues to key stakeholders.\r
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and controls.\r
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies and proactively address issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.\r
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system by end-users.\r
  • Create documentation for standard work processes.\r
