The City of Saskatoon’s Fusion team is looking for our new temporary full-time ERP Functional Analyst-HCM.
Who We Are Looking For
- Turning Strategy into Action – Analyzes and documents end-to-end business processes and functional requirements across multiple divisions, driving standardization and improvement in line with the organization’s strategic goals. Plans and organizes ERP program tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution of commitments.
- Analytical – Identifies and analyzes business data and reporting requirements, collaborating with the program team to fulfill these needs. Proactively identifies potential issues in ERP (SAP) design and implementation, applying problem-solving techniques to resolve challenges.
- Technical Proficiency – Assists in technical configuration within applicable ERP (SAP) modules and understands technical elements (tables, objects, fields, forms, etc.) within the system and how they interact.
