QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of Odoo platform (or similar ERP experience)
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Business Analyst background, or demonstrated ability/understanding of multiple departments’ operations in a business, e.g., sales, marketing, inventory, and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a bonus.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies

ROLE INTRODUCTION

We seek a thriving Odoo (Functional / Business) Consultant to join and expand our Odoo ERP practice. The Odoo Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients on their business requirements, documenting requirements/scope and helping define, design, and configure Odoo solutions for our clients. The role will work with a team of developers, project managers, and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements on time and within budget.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to learn in a new environment and industry. The role is well suited for candidates with experience in CRM, Inventory Management and other ERP processes, who have experience working with various cloud technologies/systems. Whilst experience in Odoo is a bonus, we welcome candidates with experience in other ERP or Cloud systems e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce.
Our ideal candidate must be proactive and entrepreneurial—a real go-getter. They must demonstrate ambition and interest in understanding a business’s end-to-end (processes, practices, efficiencies, etc.). They will need to commit to timelines and objectives, and any experience in cloud implementation projects is a bonus, including experience in Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum project management .

RESPONSIBILITIES

To match their day-to-day activities and operations while at Gravitai, the individual will have specific responsibilities to adhere to due to their skillset and knowledge within their role as well as the critical requirements and needs of the department.

• Be client-facing, gathering and understanding client requirements.
• Document requirements and assist in the solution design of Odoo solutions.
• Demonstrate to the client our developed solutions
• Help in the full software development cycle
• Collaborate with managers, technical leads and other developers
• Stay educated on Odoo’s newest feature releases
• Assist the Odoo implementation team
• Support research/development ideas from the Head of Services
• Provide ongoing support, consultation and maintenance
