Description:

Octopus by RTG is the talent acquisition and management arm of RTG, specializing in hiring and managing top professionals across various industries. We are currently collaborating with AlOthaim, a leading retail organization, to enhance their team with skilled individuals. We are seeking a dedicated ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and support of ERP solutions tailored to AlOthaim’s operational needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ERP project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing ERP projects, preferably in a retail setting.
  • ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes, with a preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Superior problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between AlOthaim’s operational teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and understanding of project requirements.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct detailed requirements gathering and analysis to ensure ERP solutions are tailored to departmental needs.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgeting, and monitor progress against defined milestones.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are rigorously tested before deployment.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project results and implement improvements to enhance future project execution.
