REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in ERP administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Office / Power point
• Own transport
• Strong Personality & Leadership Skills
• Able to be assertive, and work under pressure
• Strong administration skills

• Allocate and send data to warehouse for approval daily.
• Go through all strip material certificates for materials received and allocate for tempers for approval.
• Make PO for raw materials received
• Evaluate reports from tests to ensure material(s) are within specification
• Report to QA should there be any deviation
• Syspro Non-Conformance Capturing
• Syspro requisitions for QC procurement
• Assist with update and create new documents, work instructions, procedures & forms
• Assist with investigations of customer complaints and write reports
• Assist with reports for faulty materials to suppliers and handle claims
• Responsible for assisting with calibrations, filing of calibration certificates and updating the calibration register
• Responsible for Customer complaints samples to QC store & configuration
• Create Client Certificates, filing of certificates and capturing the certificates
• Responsible to file all PCR (Process Change Request) away once completed and update it on the register
• Responsible to capture all Oven Verifications on the register and send this to the Product QA Engineer
