• Provide expert analysis on JDE/Enterprise One
• Manage and maintain the sales/pricing/EDI/Integration modules of our Oracle E1 ERP system
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data
• Design and see through to implement sales analytics
• Provide 3rd level support and transition to support activities
• Work closely with the ERP sales and finance teams to ensure the ERP system meets the needs of the organization
• Support the organization’s commercial goals
• Produce high quality documentation (user training, change/design requests etc)
• Utilise new E1 technologies, like orchestrator, UDO’s, E1 pages and BIP Report
