WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the roll out of Epicor ERP across Calrec and the Audiotonix group. Providing first line support to our end users and assisting with the delivery of key project tasks.
The right individual will be a great team player, have a proven track record of attention to detail, consistency and accuracy and have effective time management skills with the ability to work to tight and changing deadlines.

THIS IS YOUR IDEAL ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Good understanding of a mid-tier (or above) ERP system.
• Experience in Business Systems across multi-functional processes - engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, finance, and support.
• Good ERP knowledge of engineering and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing and planning processes.
• Experience working with a helpdesk ticketing system.
