As we advance into the strategic implementation of a sophisticated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ERP Implementation Analyst/Developer to fortify our team. This role is critical in ensuring our ERP system is meticulously aligned with our dynamic business processes and strategic objectives.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ERP Implementation Analyst/Developer will serve as a cornerstone in the full lifecycle of Acumatica ERP deployment, encompassing advanced development, system customization, and user support. This multifaceted role demands a developer with a hands-on approach to coding, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting. The successful candidate must exhibit initiative and the capability to address complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless ERP functionality in a rapidly evolving business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Extensive, demonstrable experience in the full development lifecycle of Acumatica ERP implementation, configuration, and continuous support.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages and frameworks specifically relevant to Acumatica ERP systems, including C#, .NET Framework, SQL, Acumatica’s xRP platform, Report Designer, and Crystal Reports.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple development tasks, prioritize based on business needs, and manage support responsibilities with precision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing workflows and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while managing shifting priorities and last-minute requests with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated initiative in investigating problems and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Must be available to work on-site every day at our Brampton facility.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comprehensive Requirements Analysis: Engage cross-functional stakeholders to dissect and document intricate business processes, translating them into precise technical specifications that drive ERP system design and functionality.
  • ERP System Architecture, Development, and Configuration: Engineer and tailor Acumatica ERP configurations to support scalable, efficient business workflows while maintaining stringent master data integrity standards.
  • Advanced Development and Customization: Lead the development of custom modules, scripts, and system integrations using C#, .NET Framework, SQL, Acumatica’s xRP platform, Report Designer, and Crystal Reports to expand ERP functionality.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving and Technical Resolution: Manage user-submitted tickets with urgency, conduct in-depth troubleshooting—including hands-on diagnostics (e.g., hardware and printer malfunctions)—and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Rigorous Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive system evaluations, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance benchmarking, to validate ERP system robustness.
  • Detailed Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all development work, testing procedures, system modifications, and configurations.
  • Strategic Training and User Enablement: Design and deliver structured training programs to ensure comprehensive user adoption and operational proficiency in the Acumatica ERP system.
  • Continuous Process Optimization: Proactively identify systemic inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and implement iterative improvements to maintain system excellence.
