POSITION SUMMARY:

The ESG Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting CPM’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. This entry-level position involves working closely with the ESG team to collect, analyze, and report on ESG data and to assist in the implementation of sustainability projects aligned with CPM’s values and goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic understanding of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification in sustainability or corporate social responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to CPM’s ESG initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Research: Conduct research on ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to support the development of CPM’s sustainability strategies.
Stakeholder Support: Help maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding ESG matters.
Project Assistance: Support the ESG team in the implementation of various sustainability projects and initiatives.
