YOUR EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, supply chain management or IT-project management – The ideal candidate’s background from one or more areas alike complex consulting projects, in-depth supply chain know-how and IT-transformation respectively implementation projects helps the candidate always keeping cool even in demanding client situations and navigating through complex technological and stakeholder environments

  • Ideally, experience in ESG, particularly in the area of EUDR
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for active participation in a growing software scale-up
  • Language requirements: English C2 and at least one of the following languages on C1 level (German, French, Dutch or Spanish)

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding of new and existing clients on our solutions for EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) and provide clear guidance on tasks & responsibilities
  • Independently conduct enablement sessions and ensure questions are resolved
  • Collaborate with technical experts, as well as external consultancy partners
  • Assist in creating enablement materials and conducting webinars
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to strengthen relationships with existing users
