Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
You manage the sustainability team and initiative in line with the strategy and guideline for CSR and ESG business issued by the BNPP Group and PF.
You further develop Consors Finanz´s sustainability strategy ensuring alignment with Central stakeholders and the German Territory.
You ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of sustainability initiatives across all functions and business lines in CF.• You ensure compliance with relevant regulations and (reporting) standards.
You monitor the performance via dedicated KPIs and key to impact measurements.
You lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and department goals.
You expand the internal network and build a sustainability network within CF.
EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS: WHAT YOU OFFER
Academical degree and several years of professional experience within the sustainability/ESG area
Strong commitment to sustainability business, social & community engagement as well as to diversity & inclusion
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in working with stakeholder executives
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management experience focusing on managing multiple stakeholders
