- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong understanding of Accounting Reporting Standards, audit, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Analyst (Accountant) to join our team in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for managing bookkeeping and accounts, ensuring compliance with Accounting Reporting Standards, and handling audit and taxation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for financial analysis and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closing and reporting, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with Accounting Reporting Standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and liaising with tax authorities as required.
- Handle audit processes, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for management reporting and decision-making.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis and financial insights.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Assist in the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
