Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing ESG strategies that align with the company’s overall corporate development goals
- Leading ESG reporting efforts, including internal and external sustainability reports conforming with regulatory standards (CSRD)
- Taking ownership of ESG data management, including CO2 accounting and tracking other key sustainability metrics, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders
- Identifying and leading initiatives that enhance the company’s environmental impact, social responsibility, and corporate governance as a project manager (PMO + project execution)
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders (investors, regulatory bodies, and partners) as roadsurfer’s ESG inhouse expert, communicating ESG performance and strategy
- Monitoring ESG trends and regulatory developments to guide corporate strategy and ensure ongoing compliance
