Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled ESG Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience facilitating Agile practices.
- Proficiency in managing product backlogs using Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) domain.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices and design principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps, prioritizing features, bug fixes, and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinements, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
