Description:

For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a ESG Reporting Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for ESG reporting, compliance with internal/external standards, monitoring, and implementing new ESG standards
  • Timely, accurate, and auditable ESG KPI reporting according to set deadlines and standards
  • Continuous improvement and standardization of ESG reporting processes, integration with relevant systems and tools
  • Ensure compliance with ESG control framework, successful audit endorsements, and process adherence
  • Collaborate with FRA Ops Controls & Compliance to improve and automate controls
  • Conduct ESG training, promote ESG importance, and maintain partnerships in reporting processes
