Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced ESG & Sustainability Coordinator to help drive our established ESG framework and sustainability goals. This is a remarkable opportunity for an individual interested in making a real difference in helping realise Pinnacle’s environmental, social and governance ambitions, underpinned by our ESG Framework, with a passion for creating a sustainable future for the business and the communities we serve.
As part of the Projects & Governance Team, you’ll contribute to the delivery of the ESG and sustainability strategy by developing, implementing, monitoring and measuring a comprehensive programme of initiatives and projects to support the Group’s objectives including carbon footprint calculations and ESG reporting.
You will be joining our Projects & Governance team based in Holborn, London. Our Projects & Governance team plays a crucial role as part of our Central Services teams, providing expert support to Pinnacle’s operating businesses, ensuring they function efficiency while embracing best practice.
This is a hybrid position with travel to Holborn at least once a week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver an impactful ESG programme.
  • Collect, measure and analyse ESG data for reporting on targets & measures and regularly report on ESG activities, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Provide content for the Marcoms team to align ESG promotion with Pinnacle’s strategy.
  • Deliver on the objectives set out in the annual ESG “roadmap” and align deliverables to the TOMS framework / measures.
  • Support the Group’s Net Zero Carbon Strategy to reduce energy use and emissions.
  • Maintain emissions data for carbon footprint calculations and business performance reports.
  • Promote environmental best practice and support environmental awareness campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to enhance reporting

Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of sustainability/environmental legislation
  • Data analytics skills to help capture ESG & Sustainability metrics
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, demonstrated either through academic studies or work experience
  • A self-starter, comfortable working both autonomously and with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to deliver value in a small, high-functioning team
  • Excellent coordination, communication and Report writing skills
