As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the ESG & Sustainability Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward.
This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and support the company-wide sustainability strategy and set the sustainability goals in close coordination with the management
  • You will develop the group-wide sustainability management, including the organization and supervision of cross-site and cross-departmental sustainability measures and projects
  • You will design the sustainability reporting, including the identification and definition of relevant KPIs, determination of data sources and flows, as well as their consolidation, processing and analysis
  • You will create internal guidelines and presentations and conduct workshops and training courses
  • You report directly to our CFO and are the contact person for the specialist departments (e.g. operations, supply chain, purchasing) and support them in implementing the legal requirements
  • You will analyse current and future ESG industry trends and derive recommendations for action
  • You prepare and accompany internal and external audits
