JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY:

We are looking for a colleague who is/will be able to balance both technical and ESG expertise—neither solely a developer nor exclusively an ESG expert. If you are/will be able to comfortably translate business requirements into technical language, identify connections in data, and communicate with diverse stakeholders, then this role is for you. You will have opportunities to design, test and support our internal app “ESG Management Solution” or to work on implementing external ESG applications - based on what is the best option for our clients. We welcome both motivated junior or experienced senior colleagues.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Ability to generate ideas, find solutions, and effectively present them to various departments (e.g. IT, ESG)
• Skill in identifying and mapping client data in various sources, evaluating its state, and processing it into a summary
• Business-oriented mindset — supporting the definition and implementation of new services in non-financial reporting
• Confidence in presenting to clients, including senior stakeholders
• Experience in creating proof of concept calculations in Excel using Power Query/Power Pivot is an advantage
• Experience in software testing or implementation from a business or data perspective is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage
