SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

English is required to frequent interactions with a global team
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
Ability to “think outside of the box” and strategically approach problem resolution
A history of meeting tight (sometimes multiple) due dates
A true desire to be proactive and persistent in your work
Ability to use discretion and handle confidential information
A tendency to be relationship-oriented (with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) and collaborate as a teammate
