JOB ADVERT SUMMARY

Eduvos is looking to employ a Esports Coordinator on a permanent basis at any of our National campuses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or IT, or a related field (preferred)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in esports event management, coordination, or related roles

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To oversee and coordinate all aspects of esports events, tournaments, and activities at Eduvos

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Esports Cordinator you will be primarily responsible for the following:

Event Planning and Execution

• Plan, organize, and execute esports events, including tournaments, leagues, and exhibitions
• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure necessary resources and support for events

Team Management and Player Relations:

• Recruit, manage, and provide support to esports teams representing Eduvos
• Manage successful implementation of 12 esports leagues (one per campus)
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between players, league masters, and support staff
• Act as a liaison between players, management, and RGB Gaming

Community Engagement and Promotion:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the esports community
• Organize fan meetups, viewing parties, and other campus events to foster engagement

Technical Support and Operations:

• Ensure the smooth operation of gaming hardware, software, and network infrastructure during events
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to players and staff as needed
• Coordinate with IT and technical teams to address any issues related to equipment or technology
