QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in an esports or gaming marketing role, with a focus on project management, marketing strategy, event production, talent management, and community building.
An understanding of the UK gaming environment and where Red Bull can be a part of it.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing activities to make an impact on brand awareness, brand preference, and product purchase/consumption.
Deep knowledge of and passion for live events, marketing, and media.
Scene-connected – knows the esports and gaming landscape in the UK and has a strong network.
An understanding of brands and how they operate.
Excellent relationship-building skills and calm under pressure.
A strategic thinker who uses initiative and takes ownership of projects.
A creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.
Strong project management skills.
Expertise in key elements of event production.
Skilled in working with players and understanding how to leverage their communities for marketing projects and initiatives.
Ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders.
Organised and adaptable.
Experience in commercial negotiation and contracts.
Strong affinity with the brand.
