This well respected brand has a thriving sales business and is looking for a proven, results orientated Estate Agent Sales Manager to lead them from the front, increasing business in the office.
ESTATE AGENT SALES MANAGER - EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Proven background in estate agency
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience of managing a sales team
- Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
- Previous experience with estate agency software
- Full UK driving license is essential

Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business
- Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
- Analyse marketing, set and implement plan together with Branch Manager to hit office valuation target.
- Carry out Valuations
- Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
- Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
- Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries
- Ensure compliance with the Property Ombudsman code of practice
- Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation
- Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments and other third-party suppliers
- Vendors / Buyers updates
