THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Property Sales Specialist to join our small, close-knit team. You will play a key role in selling a diverse range of properties, from stylish flats and charming houses to unique character homes with land.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the sales process from instruction to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct property viewings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and sellers.
• Provide accurate property valuations and expert advice.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
