Estates Officer (Building) – £2.5K Incentive

We are growing our Estates Team in Carlisle, Cumbria and are looking for a Building Estates Officer to join us!
You will play a key part in ensuring that all facilities and buildings are not only well-maintained but also meet safety and compliance standards. This role is key for all our service users, staff and visitors.

Your role will be to manage, implement and be accountable for Building maintenance, and legislation compliance as well as involvement in Capital Projects and minor works schemes in designated Trust properties of the CNTW Group.
There is potential to earn more, with enhancements offered for weekend work and on-call duties, come and chat to us to find out more.

Pay: Band C, £48, 617 Per Annum or £24.86 Per Hour
