The Estates Maintenance Department are looking to recruit an Electrical Estate Officer to join our dedicated team at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
You will need to have a strong leadership and will be able to lead a team consisting of supervisors, technicians, electricians, assistants and apprentices.
You will have knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering Field such as installation, repair and maintenance of low voltage various equipment and issuing of Permit to Work to in-house trade person and contractors.

. Manage Electrical Team and ensure they undertake all Statutory and Mandatory PPM and Reactive
Maintenance
. Monitor and maintain KPI’s within target limit
. Manage contractors
. Provide support to the other band 6 managers within the Estates maintenance team
. Provide technical support to team
Core working hours 0730-1530 Monday - Friday and you will participate in an on-call roster currently 1 day in 11
Weekday on-call requires site attendance 1400-2200hrs and 2200-0730hrs on-call from home
Weekend on-call requires site attendance 0730-1530hrs (paid as overtime at 1.5 or lieu) and 1530-0730hrs on-call from hom
