The Enterprise Marketing team is an innovative and transformative team that is driving the adoption and rollout of the Estée Lauder Companies CRM platform across our UK Region. The new platform provides our teams with the CRM tools they need to enable insight driven decisions to help delivery best in class customer interactions and satisfaction.
The role is responsible for the implementation and delivery of omni-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, DM, Web Push and integrated channels and providing specific KPIs (i.e. Open Rate, CTR, Email offer sign up) to support the UK Region

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate CRM Campaign Specialist to join our Enterprise Marketing CRM Centralised team
As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will be working across various brands responsible for the operation and execution of ELC’s customer communications through our CRM & Email platforms (Braze and TAXI), optimizing campaign driven communication strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and incremental value through CRM channels.
You will be working across the CRM, brand, data, insights, and CDP teams, CRM Campaign Specialist will create data driven campaigns supporting brand and EM&D commercial strategies, continually testing and optimizing our CRM across all campaign activity and customer journey including email and segmentation build.
This role will suit to a creative, data-driven and hands-on CRM expert with specific experience in designing and building entire customer journey communications, and its execution across online and offline customer engagement channels (e.g. email, SMS, Web push, content cards etc.) in a fast paced commercial environment as part of our CRM community.
CRM Campaign Specialist plays a key role to deliver advanced, automated, data-driven and personalised approach for our CRM channels as we embark on a journey towards personalised and true omnichannel communication and act as the subject matter expert across our CRM platforms to deliver marketing activities where necessary in order to drive retention, repeat and incremental value.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • +3 years’ experience in CRM/Digital Marketing (Email, SMS, Push Notifications/App Lead Gen/Referral Schemes)
  • Strong experience translating business requirements or objectives into a CRM strategy, CRM program design and audience segmentation and targeting strategy.
  • A proven track record of building and delivering successful CRM strategies and programs E2E in high-growth online businesses
  • Experienced user of CRM tools (e.g Braze, IBM, Adobe) and creating segments
  • Experience in building HTML
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent technical skills and data literacy
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing multichannel marketing customer selections
  • Experience of data driven marketing techniques
  • Experience of working to KPI’s and CRM metrics
  • Able to give clarity, direction as well as problem solve
  • Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
  • Good project management and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Omni-Channel audience strategy and trigger campaign build
  • Ability to run integrated Campaign Program management and optimisation
  • Enjoy working with a diverse set of stakeholders with strong stakeholder management skillset
  • Working understanding of data model, data dictionary and system architectures
  • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
