We currently have an exciting fixed term opportunity within the Estee Lauder & La Mer portfolio. The Retail Marketing Manager – Estée Lauder & La Mer is responsible for the planning and implementation of the Brands’ retail marketing calendars and activities across relevant channels.
Reporting to the Omni Retail Marketing Manager (based in Australia), this role develops differentiated strategies and programs (merchandising, events, promotions) relevant to executional requirements and consumer target audience for each channel, monitors results, and ensure competitiveness to grow the brand’s share.
The Retail Marketing Manager – Estée Lauder & La Mer will:
- Act as the channel lead and expert, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and preferences, developing differentiated marketing activations by channel and retailer, aligned to consumer and brand strategy
- Manage all retailer co-op advertising activities, including major NPD and gift with purchase (GWP) support campaigns
- Develop, plan and implement consumer events (physical and digital), roadshows and outposts to support key launches. Organise and execute incremental business-building events and promotions with our retailers and other external partners. Plus, track and measure results
- Identify joint promotion opportunities with Brands, institutions, and media where appropriate
- Develop gap plans and mitigation tactics per channel as required
- Prepare presentations and present at relevant internal and external meetings and conferences
- In collaboration with the National Marketing Manager define and manage the relevant budget lines in P&L
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing / Luxury Retail Marketing
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Working knowledge of a computerised system including:
Microsoft Office Suite applications
