Job Description:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional quality treatments with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the spa therapy team to provide a seamless and rejuvenating experience, ensuring guests achieve relaxation, balance, and harmony.
  • Adhere to treatment protocols, beginning and concluding services promptly as scheduled.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment, linens, and inventory levels are prepared for daily operations.
  • Accurately track inventory to avoid shortages and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide each guest with a completed prescription form after every treatment.
  • Utilize professional stock in accordance with PAR levels to minimize product waste.
  • Set up and reset treatment rooms per protocol, ensuring timely disposal of used linens.
  • Confidently educate guests on the benefits of products and services to enhance their experience
