• Leading the budget process by coordinating with internal project teams and external vendors to develop detailed cost estimates for material handling system integration projects.
• Coordinating with internal project teams and external vendors to develop preliminary project schedules.
• Develop high-level rough order of magnitude pricing for material handling system integration projects leveraging rules of thumb and historical data.
• Analyze, interpret, and make deductions based on historical pricing and previous project data.
• Create RFQs for equipment and services to solicit bids from vendors.
• Present project budgets to sales and leadership.
• Maintain awareness of current market conditions that affect pricing and lead times.
• Review RFP (Request for Proposal) documentation, quotes, drawings, and other relevant documents in detail.
• Lead the hand-off of project budgets to implementation team.
• Assist sales teams with creation of sales proposals and presentations as needed
