Description:

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Estimation and Measurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the estimation and measurement processes for various civil engineering projects. You will lead a team of estimators and ensure that all cost estimates are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with project goals, facilitating successful bids and project execution.
As an Estimation and Measurement Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in construction. Your analytical skills and expertise will be essential in creating cost-effective and competitive proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimation and measurement within civil engineering projects.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex estimating processes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in estimation software and measurement tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the estimation and measurement strategies for civil engineering projects.
  • Lead a team of estimators to produce accurate and detailed cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather relevant information for project bidding.
  • Analyze project specifications, design documents, and other critical data to identify cost opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the measurement process on-site, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior estimation staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Review and submit detailed bids, ensuring clarity and completeness of proposals.
