We are currently seeking a permanent full time Estimator to join our team based at Tomago. At the forefront of Ampcontrol’s project lifecycle, you will prepare budgets and tenders, liaise with customers, assist with pre-engineering, and participate in progress reviews. To keep the role challenging and ensure every day is different, you will be involved with a broad range of tenders and quotes, including large-scale capital projects, HV/LV maintenance, overhaul and upgrade projects, replacement (both like for like and project style), as well as schedule of rates and budget estimates.
Key challenges will be developing your customer relationships to drive tender/estimate success rates and developing strong client relationships; as well as maintaining high quality and accuracy of tenders whilst ensuring compliance to budgets, contracts, standards, and legislation.
