WHAT YOU’LL DO

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

• Work in liaison with Commercial Analysts, Business Development Executives and Operations staff to ensure that proposals continue to be priced in accordance with current operating procedures and market conditions.
• Arrange/attend site visits at client premises to establish an understanding of the assets, estate and requirements, analysis of conditions, assessment of risk and identification of activities that may or may not be shown in the tender documents.
• Attend and contribute to internal tender / bid meetings in order to develop a tender strategy.
• Develop and refine estimating process to improve efficiency, clarity and accuracy.
• Plan workload and deliver to deadlines.
• Engage with subcontractors and the broader market to secure quotations which are accurate and competitive.
