Concrete & Paving Estimator/Project Manager
Are you an experienced Concrete & Paving Estimator/Project manager looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete and paving projects And be able to visit job sites.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful bidding.
Source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and costs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in concrete and paving estimation.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
