Our Cost Engineering department is critical to the management of Project costs and resources. Due to the growth of our business following a successful merger in 2023, we are seeking to add an SMP Estimator to our Cost Engineering team.
This role is a new opportunity for an Estimator to work collaboratively as part of a large, multidisciplinary team based in the Brisbane or Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be committed to successful outcomes for our clients, enthusiastic about challenges and committed to continuously learning and developing.
Responsibilities:
THE ESTIMATOR – STRUCTURE, MECHANICAL AND PIPEWORK IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Developing cost estimates and programs for the various projects undertaken by RPI.
- Developing the reports required to present to clients.
- Liaise with management at all levels of the business (client side), managing their expectations for project delivery, escalating project issues, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Assist in preparation of documentation related to the program, project delivery and any related phasing diagrams for clients.
- Ongoing client liaison and business development.
