JOB SUMMARY:

As a Analyst you will partner with our team in providing dedicated ETF support. You will provide a comprehensive suite of services to help clients launch and service ETFs. Our integrated offering includes global custody, fund accounting and administration, transfer agency, and basket settlement services to help clients mitigate risk, enhance returns, and increase efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:

  • ETF servicing experience – the successful candidate will have ETF servicing experience in operations, client service, fund accounting or custody

  • Adaptability to a fast paced, consistently changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with complimentary presentation skill

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & monitor the end to end ETF Lifecycle from order placement to settlement of burst transactions.
  • Monitor incoming cash receipts on ETF orders.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing collateral on ETF orders.
  • Portfolio Composition File (PCF) Analysis and Trouble-shooting.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with J.P. Morgan’s Global ETF Clients, Authorized Participants and External Vendors.
  • Maintain an excellent and interactive relationship with internal partners including Client Services, Custody, Fund Accounting & Global ETF Team.
  • Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team.
  • Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.
  • Support new business initiatives & Authorized Participant on-boards.
  • Work closely with Product development and Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of new products and product enhancements
