ANSWERING CALLS, EMAILS AND CHATS FROM PWC PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND CANDIDATES TO PROVIDE THEM GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE IN REGARDS TO ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE AND RELATED TOPICS. IN PARTICULAR AREAS SUCH AS PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND OTHER TOPICAL AREAS COVERED BY KNOWLEDGE BASE DOCUMENTS AND INTERNAL SYSTEMS (INVESTMENTS PORTFOLIO, AUTOMATED INVESTMENT RECORDING SYSTEM, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, CPA LICENSING, CPE COMPLIANCE), BOTH IN ENGLISH (US) AND SPANISH (MX).
